Artwork Guidelines

Artwork Requirements

We require print‑ready PDF files for all orders.

If artwork does not meet these requirements, your order may be delayed.

• PDF only (PDF/X‑1a or PDF/X‑4 preferred)
• One PDF per product
• Do not supply Word, PowerPoint, Canva links, or image files

• CMYK colour mode only
• RGB files will be converted automatically and colour shifts may occur
• We do not colour‑match or proof Pantone colours

• All images must be 300dpi at final print size
• Low‑resolution images may appear blurred or pixelated

• 3mm bleed required on all sides
• Crop marks must be included
• Keep important text at least 5mm from edges

• All fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines
• Missing fonts may cause text to reflow or substitute

Artwork must be supplied at exact finished size, including bleed.

Examples: • Business Cards: 91 × 61mm (85 × 55mm finished + 3mm bleed)
• A5 Flyers: 154 × 216mm (148 × 210mm finished + bleed)

• Supply multi‑page PDFs in reading order
• Do not supply individual page files unless specified

To keep prices fair and production efficient, we do not check:

• Spelling or grammar
• Image quality beyond obvious errors
• Alignment or layout issues
• Colour accuracy across screens

Files are printed exactly as supplied.

• No proofs are supplied as standard
• Ensure your artwork is final before ordering

If artwork is missing or incorrect, your order will be held until a correct file is received. This may cause delays.

If you’re unsure whether your file is suitable, please check with your designer before ordering.

We are unable to edit or fix artwork files.
